Hinkley Point Archaeology Outreach Team Present a
Prehistoric Activity Day at the Somerset Brick & Tile Museum

 

Where: Somerset Brick & Tile Museum, Bridgwater

 

When: Tuesday 16 February, 10.30am to 2.30pm

 

What:  Archaeologists from the South West Heritage Trust will be holding a free day of activities celebrating the incredible prehistoric archaeology discovered during excavations at Hinkley Point. 

 

The event will be held at the Somerset Brick and Tile Museum where visitors will have the chance to create a prehistoric clay pot and build a mini Iron Age roundhouse out of plaster.

 

Archaeologists will be available to talk about the on-going archaeological work at the site of Hinkley Point C and what has been discovered so far.

 

This is a free drop-in event (booking not required), suitable for ages three upwards.
