South West Heritage Trust is a new, independent charitable trust that encourages support from those interested in the diverse range of services and activities we deliver.
We are committed to protecting and celebrating Somerset and Devon’s rich heritage, and the services we provide include amongst others, the acclaimed Museum of Somerset, Glastonbury’s Rural Life Museum, archive and local studies records for both Devon and Somerset.
We also provide essential advice about the historic environment and manage historic sites including the remarkable Cothelstone Hill.

We were delighted with the interest in our Founder Member scheme which ran from April 2015 through to January 2016 and is now closed. Our grateful thanks go to all who joined us as Gold, Silver or Corporate Founder members; your support is immensely appreciated.
While the Founder Membership scheme is now closed we are thrilled to invite you to join our Supporters' scheme.
Through the Supporters' scheme we aim to increase communications and engagement with our followers through the South West and further afield.
